A half-day (5-hour) 24-35 passenger minibus in Santa Rosa typically runs $750–$875 with driver included. We meet them there. Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport (STS) is about six miles from Railroad Square, versus roughly 65 miles down to SFO. For a group already flying regionally, STS turns a 75-minute transfer into a 12-minute one, and we track the flight and stage the coach before it lands.
Four is comfortable and five is the ceiling if the stops are in one appellation. Russian River, Dry Creek and Alexander Valley are each inside forty minutes of downtown, but bouncing between them burns the day in the aisle. Dispatch will say so when a stop list does not fit.
